DULUTH MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE WINTER SEASON WAS 18.8 DEGREES WHICH
WAS 5.5 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 13.3 DEGREES. THIS WAS THE 9TH
WARMEST WINTER ON RECORD AT DULUTH. 5.58 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS
RECORDED FOR THE SEASON WHICH WAS 2.6 INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF
