Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-
354 AM CDT Wed Aug 23 2017

.SYNOPSIS...Marine conditions at this time remain relative calm
and look to remain fair through at least Thursday morning. The
tropical disturbance in the Southern Gulf is still anticipated to
organize late today and Thursday and if it does marine conditions
can rapidly deteriorate as early as Thursday afternoon but more
likely Thursday night and Friday. With no substantial
organization noted early Wednesday morning there still remains
much uncertainty at this time on the future of this disturbance.
mariners and recreational fisherman are urged to monitor the
Coastal Waters Forecast closely through the remainder of this
week.
