STRONG AND GUSTY WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS AND VERY ROUGH SEAS AND
BAY WATERS CAN BE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP BEHIND THE COLD FRONT...AND
A GALE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR SUNDAY. A LOW WATER ADVISORY WILL
BE IN EFFECT FOR GALVESTON BAY ON SUNDAY AS STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS
