.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Very steep seas
will subside Monday evening. Winds and seas will be relatively
light Monday night into Tuesday morning. Low pressure will move
south along the outer waters Tuesday afternoon and evening. Seas
are expected to be steep at times as fresh swell from this low
moves in from the west. Offshore high pressure and a trough near
the coast will slowly strengthen Wednesday into Thursday, bringing
increasing north winds and choppy seas to the area.

.TONIGHT...N wind 10 to 20 kt...veering to NE 5 to 10 kt after
midnight, then...veering to E late tonight. Wind waves 4 to
5 ft...becoming 2 ft or less. NW swell 15 ft at 13 seconds...
subsiding to 9 to 10 ft at 11 seconds and W 2 ft at 18 seconds.
.TUE...S wind 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves 3 to 4 ft. NW swell 7 ft at
10 seconds...subsiding to 5 to 6 ft at 10 seconds and NW 4 ft at
17 seconds in the afternoon. Chance of snow in the morning. Rain
likely through the day.
.TUE NIGHT...S wind 10 to 15 kt...becoming variable less than
5 kt. Cape Arago southward, S wind 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 3 ft
in the evening...becoming 2 ft or less. Mixed swell NW 4 to 5 ft
at 8 seconds and W 3 to 4 ft at 15 seconds. Rain.
.WED...E wind 5 kt...backing to N in the afternoon. Wind waves
2 ft or less. NW swell 4 to 5 ft. Chance of rain.
