WILL REMAIN BELOW SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVELS TODAY. HOWEVER, A
THERMAL TROUGH WILL REDEVELOP TONIGHT AND PERSIST THROUGH
WEDNESDAY EVENING. WINDS AND SEAS WILL BECOME HAZARDOUS TO SMALL
CRAFT AGAIN TONIGHT AND TUESDAY. WINDS WILL RISE TO GALES SOUTH
OF CAPE BLANCO TUESDAY EVENING AND NIGHT WITH SMALL CRAFT
CONDITIONS ELSEWHERE. THE THERMAL TROUGH WILL WEAKEN AND MOVE
INLAND WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WITH CONDITIONS GRADUALLY
IMPROVING.
