.SYNOPSIS...Advisory level winds and seas today will diminish to
cautionary levels tonight and Tuesday. Advisory level conditions
could return Tuesday night as a secondary cold front moves across
our marine zones, with winds and seas gradually decreasing
Wednesday through the remainder of the week.
