HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GREEN BAY WI
422 AM CDT FRI MAY 29 2015

...ANOTHER WIDESPREAD SOAKING RAINFALL IS LIKELY FOR THE END OF
THE WORK WEEK AND START OF THE WEEKEND...

PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND TODAY AND TONIGHT ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
AT LEAST AN INCH OF RAIN AT MOST LOCATIONS IN CENTRAL AND
NORTHEAST WISCONSIN. EVEN HIGHER LOCALIZED RAINFALL TOTALS ARE
LIKELY WITH THUNDERSTORMS.

MANY RIVERS ACROSS CENTRAL THROUGH NORTHEAST WISCONSIN ARE
BETWEEN BANKFULL AND FLOOD STAGE...AND SOILS ARE SATURATED. IF THE
ANTICIPATED RAINFALL OCCURS...RUNOFF WILL CAUSE RIVERS TO RISE
FURTHER. A FEW MAY REACH OR EXCEED MINOR FLOOD STAGE LEVELS DURING
THE WEEKEND.

BE SURE TO MONITOR LATER FORECASTS FOR UPDATED INFORMATION.
COOLER AND DRIER CONDITIONS ARE THEN EXPECTED FOR THE LATTER PART
OF THE WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT WEEK. A RETURN TO WETTER WEATHER IS
POSSIBLE LATER IN THE WEEK...THOUGH THE DRY PERIOD PRIOR TO THAT
WILL ALLOW THE SOIL TO DRY AND RIVER AND STREAM LEVELS TO FALL.
