* 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN ARE FORECAST TO FALL BETWEEN TONIGHT AND
  THURSDAY. ADDITIONALLY...MOST OF THE LINGERING SNOWPACK WILL BE
  MELTING...ADDING TO THE RUNOFF.

* SMALL STREAM AND CREEK FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE TONIGHT THROUGH
  WEDNESDAY...WITH MINOR TO POSSIBLY MODERATE FLOODING ALONG
  LARGER RIVERS EXPECTED WEDNESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP.
