...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN FORREST AND SOUTHERN LAMAR COUNTIES...

At 334 PM CDT, Up to eight inches of rainfall have fallen in extreme
Southern Forrest and Lamar counties. Flash flooding is occurring.
Radar has detected that rainfall rates are beginning to decrease
across the warned area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Purvis, Lumberton, Brooklyn, Maxie, Rock Hill and Baxterville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
