For the Chowan Basin...including Sebrell...no flooding is observed or
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please use extreme caution if venturing near riverbanks. Move to
higher ground immediately should rising water threaten your safety.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Nottoway River At Sebrell
* At 02:15 AM Thursday the stage was 15.8 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at yesterday late evening.
* No flooding is currently forecast.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 13.8 feet by .
* At 14.0 feet...Public parking lot near boat ramp, 1000 ft upstream
  of gage, is flooded.
This river level is comparable to a previous crest of 15.8 feet on
Mar 10 2015.
