The Flood Warning is cancelled for the Rio Grande At Laredo.
* At 8:00 AM Monday the stage was 6.9 feet, or 2.1 meters.
* No flooding is forecast.
* Fell below flood stage at 1:25 AM Monday.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet...Or 2.4 meters.
* Forecast: The river will continue to fall. This is the last
  forecast for this event.
* At 7.0 feet or 2.1 meters, overbank conditions occur.
