  NORTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHEASTERN PAYNE COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 1230 PM CDT

* AT 1026 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  RAIN THAT WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP
  TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
  CUSHING AND AVERY.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 1.5 INCHES IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA.

WILDHORSE CREEK...ELM CREEK...SAND CREEK...EUCHEE CREEK...LITTLE DEEP

CREEK AND RATTLESNAKE CREEK.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
