  the Tar River At Louisburg.
* At 10:45 PM Thursday the stage was 19.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* fell below flood stage at  9:31 PM Thursday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 12.1 feet by Saturday
  morning.
