* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN COCHISE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN ARIZONA...
  EAST CENTRAL SANTA CRUZ COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN ARIZONA...

* UNTIL 1100 PM MST

* AT 755 PM MST...RADAR INDICATED AND TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS
  REPORTED HEAVY RAIN IN THE SIERRA VISTA AREA DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS
  WITH HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN THUS FAR. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND
  SMALL STREAM FLOODING. THE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE NORTH-
  NORTHWEST AROUND 15 MPH

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  SIERRA VISTA...HUACHUCA CITY...SIERRA VISTA SOUTHEAST...
  TOMBSTONE...NICKSVILLE...FORT HUACHUCA...RAMSEY CANYON PRESERVE...
  JUNCTION OF HIGHWAYS 80 AND 90...CHARLESTON...HEREFORD...
  FAIRBANK...PARKER CANYON LAKE...WHETSTONE AND ELGIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN
URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. EXPECT HEAVY FLOW IN
NORMALLY DRY WASHES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.
