THE DAY FOR MUCH OF THE AREA. HEAVY SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE
ESPECIALLY IN THE EASTERN MIDLANDS. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL STAY
BELOW 1000 FT AGL THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE
LATE THIS EVENING.

STRONG SURFACE WINDS ARE EXPECTED FOR MONDAY... GUSTING UP TO 25
MPH. TRANSPORT WINDS OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST WILL NEAR 30 MPH. LOW
STRATUS ON MONDAY MORNING IS LIKELY. SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE ALSO
