.DISCUSSION...A continued warm...moist and unstable atmosphere
will support at least scattered showers and thunderstorms through
Wednesday. Precipitation will be most widespread during the
afternoon and evening hours.

Surface winds today will be from the southwest at 5 to 10 mph.
Transport winds will become west-southwest 10 to 15 mph by late
morning.  Relative humidities will drop into the 45 to 55 percent
range. Patchy fog is possible overnight.
