GRADIENT OVER THE AREA THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. COLD AND DRY
CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH THURSDAY.

GOOD TO FAIR DISPERSION IS FORECAST FOR TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY
WEDNESDAY MORNING...WITH NO FOG DEVELOPMENT.

WEST SURFACE WINDS WILL BEGIN AT SPEEDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH WEDNESDAY
MORNING...THEN INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH AND GUSTY BY AFTERNOON.
TRANSPORT WIND SPEEDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 MPH. RELATIVE
