FUELS TO DRY ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS THIS WEEK. PATCHY FOG
WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLY IN THE MORNING TUESDAY MAINLY WEST AND
SOUTHWEST OF THE HOUSTON METRO. RAIN CHANCES INCREASE ON THURSDAY
AND LAST INTO THE WEEKEND AS A COLD FRONT SAGS SLOWLY SOUTHWARD
INTO THE AREA.
