FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR NORTHERN ALABAMA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HUNTSVILLE AL
153 PM CST TUE NOV 25 2014

.DISCUSSION...
LOW PRESSURE IN THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO WILL LIFT NORTHEAST
ALONG THE ATLANTIC COAST LATER TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. THIS
WILL BRING A VEIL OF MID AND HIGH LEVEL CLOUDS TO THE AREA
TONIGHT, AND PERHAPS SOME LIGHT RAIN TO PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
NORTHEAST ALABAMA. THIS SYSTEM WILL DEPART QUICKLY, BUT
ANOTHER FAST MOVING "CLIPPER" LOW WILL DROP SOUTHEAST THROUGH
THE LOWER OHIO AND UPPER TENNESSEE VALLEY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT. AT THIS TIME, PRECIPITATION FROM THIS
SYSTEM WILL REMAIN TO THE NORTH AND NORTHEAST OF NORTH ALABAMA.
WITH THESE FAST MOVING SYSTEMS, WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE WESTERLY
DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS BUT SHIFT FROM NORTHWEST TO
SOUTHWEST ON WEDNESDAY AND BACK TO NORTHWEST BY THURSDAY.
