Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northern Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
424 AM CDT Sun Mar 26 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms are again
possible today, as a frontal boundary to the west stalls.
Southerly flow around 10 MPH with higher gusts is expected to
prevail for much of today, with skies remaining mostly cloudy.
Rainfall is expected to taper off this evening before increasing
again on Mon, as a series of upper disturbances move across the
region. The front to the west will then move through the area late
Mon and into Tue, with showers and thunderstorms increasing along
and ahead of the approaching front. Rain then tapers off by Tue
evening with the frontal passage, although the quiet weather will
be short lived, as another storm system approaches from the west
after mid week.

Fog potential over the next few days: Other than some light fog
this morning and perhaps again Mon morning, no widespread dense
fog is expected at this time.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
