NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE JACKSON KY
550 AM EST TUE MAR 3 2015

.DISCUSSION...SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED THROUGHOUT
THE MORNING AS A WARM FRONT MOVES IN FROM THE SOUTH. THE RAIN
IS EXPECTED TO BECOME WIDESPREAD AND HEAVY AT TIMES FROM THIS
AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS
ARE ALSO POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE RAIN WILL LEAD
TO FLOODING ISSUES ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY.
WINTRY WEATHER IS ON TAP FROM LATE WEDNESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
A MIX OF SLEET AND HEAVY WET SNOW IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE AREA
MID WEEK WITH SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE. DUE TO ALREADY
SATURATED GROUND AND SURFACE FUELS...AND WITH A LARGE AMOUNT OF
PRECIPITATION ON THE WAY TODAY THROUGH TOMORROW...THERE WILL BE
NEAR ZERO FIRE DANGER EXPECTED.
