MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES MAY DIP INTO THE UPPER 30S ACROSS
PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY THIS AFTERNOON...WHILE MUCH OF EASTERN
KENTUCKY WILL SEE RH VALUES REACH THE 30S AND POSSIBLY UPPER 20S IN
SPOTS NEAR THE VIRGINIA BORDER SUNDAY. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE
TO 5-10 MPH SUNDAY AFTERNOON...BEFORE WIDESPREAD RAIN MOVES ACROSS
THE REGION SUNDAY EVENING INTO MONDAY. A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW WILL
