SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE FORECAST THIS AFTERNOON.
WINDS WILL TURN FROM THE SOUTHWEST THROUGH THE  NORTH BY SATURDAY
MORNING WITH DRY CONTINENTAL AIR REPLACING THE MOISTURE LADENMARINE
LAYER. WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 20 MPH LATE THIS AFTERNOON...THEN
20 TO 25 MPH OVERNIGHT. RED FLAG CRITERIA WILL NOT BE REALIZED
TODAY...BUT WE WILL NEED TO RECALCULATE HUMIDITY VALUES ON SATURDAY
