MISSOURI WILL MOVE THROUGH OUR AREA TONIGHT CAUSING THE WIND TO DIMINISH
...THEN IT WILL SHIFT EAST OF THE REGION ON WEDNESDAY LEADING TO A
STRENGTHENING WIND FROM A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION.  MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BE QUITE LOW AGAIN WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...FALLING TO
30 TO 35 PERCENT. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTHEASTWARD THROUGH OUR AREA
