.DISCUSSION...

Rain chances will be on the increase into next week, beginning in
Southeast New Mexico and spreading into West Texas overnight.   A
cold front will move into the region Tuesday, resulting in
significantly cooler temperatures the rest of the week.  Relative
humidity recovery will be excellent overnight, and moderate to
excellent Sunday night.  RH will bottom out at 22-73% Sunday
afternoon, and 34-74% Monday.
