.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions will continue through this
evening, with a Red Flag warning continuing for the lower
elevations for Haines level 6 and low relative humidity. Moisture
from an approaching trough will lead to isolated thunderstorms
across Central Oregon tonight. The trough will move into the area
Monday with scattered to numerous thunderstorms from Central
Oregon through the eastern Oregon mountains. A Red Flag Warning is
in effect for the mountains of Central Oregon and the Southern
Blue Mountains on Monday. Additionally, breezy winds and low
humidity will prevail Monday and Tuesday afternoons. Cooler and
less dry conditions are expected Wednesday through Friday.
