LOW ELEVATIONS. MOIST CONDITIONS WILL RETURN BRIEFLY TONIGHT AS
ANOTHER WEAKENING FRONT IMPACTS THE NORTHWEST CALIFORNIA
COAST...POTENTIALLY BRINGING VERY LIGHT RAIN TO DEL NORTE AND
NORTHERN HUMBOLDT COUNTIES THROUGH WEDNESDAY. TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED TO DROP WELL BELOW NORMAL WEDNESDAY THROUGH
SATURDAY...WITH WARMING TEMPERATURES EXPECTED SUNDAY AND BEYOND.
