...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

AN APPROACHING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL BRING GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS
WITH LOW HUMIDITIES TO THE REGION ONCE AGAIN TOMORROW. MOISTURE
BEGINS TO WORK INTO THE REGION THURSDAY NIGHT WITH SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

TOWARD THE CALIFORNIA COAST. THE MARINE LAYER WILL DEEPEN
SIGNIFICANTLY TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY WITH PATCHY DRIZZLE POSSIBLE.
FOR THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...THE LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM WILL MOVE INLAND THROUGH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND INTO THE
SOUTHWEST STATES WITH SHOWERS AND A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS.
STRONG WESTERLY WINDS FOR PARTS OF THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS
THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT. SHOWERS WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF OVER
THE WEEKEND...MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING WITH
GREATEST COVERAGE OVER THE MOUNTAINS. FAIR AND WARMER WEATHER WILL
FOLLOW MONDAY AND TUESDAY.

SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL WITH STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS
SPREADING ACROSS THE REGION WITH WINDS GUSTING FROM 30 TO NEAR
40 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL REMAIN IN THE 8 TO 11 PERCENT RANGE ON FRIDAY.
RELIEF COMES ON FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE
AREA BRINGING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF RAIN SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS. HIGHS ON FRIDAY WILL FALL TO WELL BELOW NORMAL AS
