REACH QUEBEC THURSDAY. IN ITS WAKE...A 30.0 INCH HIGH PRESSURE
RIDGE WILL BUILD SOUTHEAST TO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THURSDAY AS
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES ORGANIZES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS.
