.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM
LATE THIS MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON FROM THE COASTAL BEND
TO THE VICTORIA CROSSROADS. SOME OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG WIND GUSTS...HAIL AND FREQUENT
LIGHTNING FROM THE MIDDLE COASTAL BEND TO THE VICTORIA AND
PORT LAVACA AREAS THIS AFTERNOON. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE REGION BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND DIMINISH THE
THREAT FOR STRONG STORMS.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE
COASTAL WATERS IN ADVANCE OF THE COLD FRONT THIS AFTERNOON. STORMS
WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE BEHIND THE FRONT OVER THE GULF WATERS TONIGHT.
SOME STORMS COULD PRODUCE WIND GUSTS ABOVE 35 KNOTS ALONG WITH
HEAVY RAINFALL LIMITING VISIBILITIES AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO SURFACE
LIGHTING.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR TONIGHT FOR MODERATE TO
STRONG NORTH WINDS BEHIND THE FRONT.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH
