This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

There is a low chance of rumbles of thunder late this afternoon
and early this evening near and south of a line from about
Grantsburg, to Spooner, to Winter, and to Prentice in northwest
Wisconsin. Any storms should remain relatively weak.

Water from recent rainfall will continue flowing downstream
today, with flood waters in southern Ashland County receding.
Rising river levels are possible farther downstream in the East
Fork of the Chippewa River, Namekagon, and St. Croix River
systems.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Flood waters in southern Ashland County will continue to slowly
recede.

There is a slight chance of thunderstorms Friday afternoon.

Skywarn Spotters and the public are encouraged to report rainfall
amounts any observed flooding to the National Weather Service.
