THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE COULD BE SOME DRIZZLE/FREEZING DRIZZLE AND SNOW THIS MORNING
ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA. ROADS COULD BECOME SLICK IN SOME
SPOTS WHERE TEMPERATURES DROP TO NEAR FREEZING. AREAS OF FOG ARE
FORECAST TO PERSIST THROUGH MID MORNING. THERE MAY ALSO BE SOME

SLICK ROADS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF THE NORTHLAND
TUESDAY AFTERNOON INTO WEDNESDAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING A
POTENTIAL FOR MAINLY SNOW TUESDAY NIGHT...MIXING WITH RAIN IN
SPOTS DURING THE DAY TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. AT THIS TIME...IT
LOOKS LIKE MAINLY LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER
NORTHEAST MINNESOTA...WITH SEVERAL INCHES POSSIBLE OVER NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN INTO PINE COUNTY IN MINNESOTA. THERE REMAINS A FAIR
AMOUNT OF UNCERTAINTY REGARDING THE TRACK OF THE STORM AND THERE
WILL LIKELY BE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE FORECAST OVER THE NEXT 24 TO 36
HOURS.

LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG PORTIONS OF THE
SOUTH SHORE THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK. ADDITIONAL SNOW
ACCUMULATION WILL BE LIKELY...ESPECIALLY IN THE SNOWBELT OF
ASHLAND AND IRON COUNTIES.
