AT 104 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO 30 KNOTS...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND POSSIBLY SMALL HAIL FROM 36 NM NORTHWEST OF BURNS
HARBOR TO BURNS HARBOR...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

THESE STORMS MAY BEGIN TO MOVE INTO THE WATERS OF FAR SOUTHEASTERN
LAKE MICHIGAN AFTER 2 PM EDT.
