THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

COASTAL WATERS FROM SEBASTIAN INLET TO JUPITER INLET OUT 60 NM...

AT 331 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 14 NM
NORTHEAST OF JUPITER INLET...MOVING NORTH AT 20 KNOTS.

THE THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN ACROSS THE ATLANTIC WATERS OFFSHORE
FROM THE MARTIN AND SAINT LUCIE COUNTY COAST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
