AT 646 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED OVER POINT PLEASANT BEACH...OR OVER MANASQUAN INLET...MOVING
EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  LAVALLETTE AROUND 650 PM EDT.
  AXEL CARLSON REEF AROUND 655 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
