.SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE LOWER TEXAS BAY AND GULF WATERS
WILL MAINTAIN STRONG NORTH WINDS AND ELEVATED BAY AND GULF
SWELLS THIS EVENING. THE WINDS AND WAVES WILL START IMPROVING LATE
TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING AND THE SURFACE RIDGING WEAKENS SOME
OVER THE REGION.
