...Strong winds and rough seas prevailing...

.Hazardous marine conditions are prevailing along the Lower Texas
Coast due to the passage of a strong cold front early this morning.
Although the Gale Warning will expire at midnight tonight, Small
Craft Advisories will likely be issued to account for continuing
strong winds and rough seas after midnight.

...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT...

* WINDS...North at 20 to 30 knots with higher gusts.

* BAY CONDITIONS...Rough bay waters.

* SEAS...8 to 10 feet nearshore, and 9 to 11 feet offshore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek
safe harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
