.WAVES WILL BEGIN TO BUILD LATE TONIGHT FROM THE NORTHEAST WINDS
DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE LAKE. THE WATERS IN THE WESTERN BASIN WILL
BE AFFECTED THE GREATEST WITH THE HIGHEST WAVES REACHING SMALL
CRAFT CRITERIA. WINDS WILL DIMINISH LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN WAVES OF 4 FEET OR MORE ARE
EXPECTED OR WIND SPEEDS REACH 21 TO 33 KNOTS WHICH MAY PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD STAY IN PORT
DURING THESE CONDITIONS.
