  MENDOCINO. WINDS WILL EASE ON MONDAY.

* SEAS...A PERSISTING NORTHWESTERLY WAVE SYSTEM AROUND 8 TO 9 FT
  AT 13 SECONDS...AND STEEP SHORT PERIOD WAVES N 6 TO 7 FT AT 7
  SECONDS TODAY. THE OVERALL SEA STATE WILL BE AROUND 9 TO 11
  FT.
