.AN APPROACHING FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL CAUSE SOUTH WINDS TO INCREASE
AND WEST TO SOUTHWEST SEAS TO BUILD INTO TONIGHT. HIGH SEAS AND
MODERATE WINDS WILL THEN PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING WITH
UNSETTLED WEATHER LIKELY INTO NEXT WEEK.

HAZARDOUS SEAS REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO

* WINDS: SOUTH 20 TO 30 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 35 KNOTS.

* SEAS: BUILDING TO 6 TO 10 FEET TODAY WITH 5 SECOND PERIOD SOUTH
  WIND WAVES AND WEST SWELL AT 12 SECONDS. SEAS WILL CONTINUE TO
  BUILD TO 10 TO 13 FEET THURSDAY THEN REMAIN HIGH THROUGH FRIDAY
  EVENING.

* AREAS AFFECTED: ALL AREAS WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE HAZARDOUS
  SEAS. ALL AREAS EXCEPT BROOKINGS WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE

CONDITIONS.

BE STEEP ENOUGH TO CREATE A POTENTIAL HAZARD TO SMALL CRAFT.
