* SEAS: STEEP TO VERY STEEP 8 TO 10 FT SEAS AT 8 SECONDS DUE TO A
  MIX OF NORTHWEST SWELL AND WINDS SEAS THROUGH THIS
  EVENING...THEN BECOMING STEEP 6 TO 7 FEET SEAS.

* AREAS AFFECTED: VERY STEEP SEAS AND SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
  CONDITIONS FOR WINDS WILL GENERALLY IMPACT AREAS BEYOND 30 NM
