WINDS HAVE BEGUN TO DIMINISH EARLY THIS MORNING AND THIS HAS LED
SEAS TO SLOWLY DIMINISH BELOW 6 FEET. SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO SUBSIDE
TO 2 TO 4 FEET THIS AFTERNOON WITH SOUTHWEST WINDS AROUND 15
KNOTS.
