...STRONG WINDS AND LARGE SEAS DEVELOPING WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

.A cold front will move through the waters Wednesday, with strong
northerly winds and large seas developing. Winds will increase to
20 to 30 knots with seas building to 5 to 9 feet. Winds and seas
will peak Wednesday night. Gale force wind gusts will be possible
across the central waters Wednesday night. Winds and seas will
gradually subside Thursday.

a Small Craft Advisory, which is in effect from 4 PM Wednesday to
10 AM EST Thursday.

* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.

* WAVES...2 to 3 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and/or seas of 6 feet or greater are expected to produce
hazardous wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
