WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 4 PM EST SUNDAY. A
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED.
THIS SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS IS IN EFFECT UNTIL
10 AM EST THIS MORNING.

* WINDS/SEAS...NORTHEAST WINDS AROUND 15 KNOTS WILL KEEP SEAS
  ELEVATED AT 5 TO 7 FEET THIS MORNING. LATE TONIGHT NORTHWEST
  WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 25 TO 30 KNOTS WITH FREQUENT GUSTS TO
  GALE FORCE. THESE WINDS WILL BUILD SEAS BACK TO 6 TO 8 FEET BY
  DAYBREAK SUNDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT WAVES ARE
EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. MARINERS SHOULD AVOID
SHOALING AREAS. LONG PERIOD SWELL CAN SHARPEN INTO LARGE BREAKING
WAVES IN SHOALING AREAS. IT IS NOT UNUSUAL FOR WAVES TO BREAK
