* WINDS: WEST WIND 10 TO 15 KNOTS THIS MORNING WILL INCREASE TO
  NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 KNOTS THIS AFTERNOON. THE NORTHWEST WIND OF
  20 TO 30 KNOTS WILL CONTINUE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY
  AFTERNOON. LOCAL GUSTS TO 35 KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE LATE SATURDAY
  AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

* SEAS: SEAS WILL BUILD TO 9 TO 12 FEET SATURDAY AFTERNOON...AND
  THEN TO 12 TO 15 FEET SATURDAY NIGHT. SEAS SUBSIDE TO 10 TO 11
  FEET BY SUNDAY NIGHT. SEAS EXPECTED TO PEAK LATE SATURDAY NIGHT
  THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT WAVES ARE
EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. MARINERS SHOULD AVOID
SHOALING AREAS. LONG PERIOD SWELL CAN SHARPEN INTO LARGE BREAKING
WAVES IN SHOALING AREAS. IT IS NOT UNUSUAL FOR WAVES TO BREAK
MUCH FARTHER FROM SHOALING AREAS THAN IS NORMALLY EXPERIENCED.
REMEMBER...BREAKING WAVES CAN EASILY CAPSIZE EVEN LARGER VESSELS.

  AFTERNOON AND PEAK AROUND 11 TO 13 FEET LATE SATURDAY NIGHT OR
  SUNDAY MORNING. SEAS REMAIN NEAR 10 FEET SUNDAY AFTERNOON
  THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.
