400 AM SATURDAY...

.A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL CONTINUE TO BRING STRONG NORTHWEST
WINDS AND FRESH SWELLS TO THE COASTAL WATERS THIS AFTERNOON AND
TONIGHT. A COMBINATION OF THE WIND WAVES AND A LONG PERIOD SWELL
FROM THE NORTHWEST WILL BRING SEAS AS HIGH AS 10 FEET IN THE
OUTER COASTAL WATERS. BOTH THE WIND AND THE SEAS WILL DIMINISH
EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.

CRAFT ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PDT SATURDAY, AND
INCLUDES BOTH WINDS AND WAVES.

* WINDS...WEST NORTHWEST 15-20 KT WITH GUSTS 25-30 KT. STRONGEST
  WINDS THIS AFTERNOON.

* SEAS...COMBINED SEAS 6 TO 10 FEET WITH STEEP WAVES THROUGH
  TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
