PLAINS THROUGH THE MID MORNING HOURS. THE STORM ACTIVITY WILL
MOVE TOWARDS THE NORTHEAST AROUND 28 MPH. THE COMMUNITIES OF
CLOVIS...MILNESAND AND PEP WILL BE IMPACTED BY THE PASSING CELLS.
GUSTY WINDS...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND MODERATE TO
OCCASIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER STORMS. RAIN
AMOUNTS COULD RANGE UP TO A QUARTER INCH. VISIBILITIES WILL ALSO BE
REDUCED IN AREAS DUE TO LOW CLOUDS AND FOG. EXPECT VISIBILITIES
RANGING BETWEEN A QUARTER MILE TO 3 MILES AT TIMES.
