THEIR DIRECTION OF MOTION WILL VARY. STRONGER STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF DROPPING OVER A QUARTER INCH OF RAIN WITH SMALL HAIL...
WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. MOST OF THE
ACTIVITY SHOULD BE FOUND FROM NAVAJO LAKE EASTWARD TO COSTILLA.
