AREAS CLOSE TO THE COLORADO BORDER WHERE AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO
INCHES OF FRESH SNOW COULD ACCUMULATE BEFORE NOON. ELSEWHERE WHAT
LITTLE MAY FALL MAY BE A RAIN SNOW MIX WITH LIGHTER ACCUMULATIONS
THROUGH THE LATE MORNING. SOME SNOW PACKED AND ICY ROADS ARE EXPECTED
ALONG INTERSTATE 25 THROUGH AND NEAR THE RATON PASS...AND ALSO ON
U.S. HIGHWAYS 64 AND 87...AND VISIBILITY WILL REDUCE TO LESS THAN A

MPH CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH THE LATE MORNING. STRONG CROSS WINDS
CAN BE EXPECTED ON SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST ORIENTED ROADS SUCH AS
U.S. 54 NEAR CORONA TO SANTA ROSA. EVEN STRONGER WINDS WITH SOME
BLOWING DUST AT TIMES CAN BE EXPECTED FROM MIDDAY ON.
