Isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue to affect South
Texas and The Middle Texas Coastal Waters this afternoon. Through
4 pm cdt, rainfall in and near slow moving thunderstorms can
approach a rainfall rate of two inches an hour, particularly
across Victoria County. Otherwise, most locations that do receive
precipitation, will likely accumulate less than a quarter of an
inch. The cells will progress to the northwest.
