AS TO 4 AM MDT SNOW WAS FALLING OVER MUCH OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING.
SOME ROADS HAVE BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY. VISIBLITIES ARE
GENERALLY ONE TO TWO MILES BUT WILL DROP TO ONE HALF MILE UNDER
HEAVIER BANDS OF SNOW.
