BE THE NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH. VERY HEAVY RAINS WILL ACCOMPANY
STRONGER STORMS. AS A RESULT OF SIGNIFICANT RAINS OVER PORTIONS
OF THE AREA RECENTLY...A FLOODING POTENTIAL EXISTS. URBAN AND
SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORIES MAY BE REQUIRED.
