A WEAK AND ELONGATED AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE FLORIDA PENINSULA
WILL ALLOW SCATTERED SHOWERS AND LIGHTNING STORMS TO DEVELOP FROM THE
TREASURE COAST TO BREVARD COUNTY AND MOVE NORTH TO NORTH-NORTHEAST
INTO MID AFTERNOON TOWARD THE COAST. OTHER SHOWERS AND LIGHTNING
STORMS WILL DEVELOP FROM VOLUSIA COUNTY INTO THE INTERIOR WITH SLOW
STORM MOTION TOWARD THE NORTH. SOME STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG BY LATE
AFTERNOON WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS AROUND TWO INCHES...
GUSTY WINDS OVER 45 MPH AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES.
