SOUTHERN HALF OF WEST CENTRAL TEXAS THIS MORNING...MAINLY SOUTH OF
A BROWNWOOD TO SAN ANGELO LINE. RAINFALL TOTALS OF ONE TENTH TO
ONE QUARTER INCH WILL BE COMMON...WITH A FEW LOCATIONS SEEING
TOTALS NEAR ONE HALF INCH. THE RAIN SHOULD GRADUALLY END DURING
THE AFTERNOON.
