.A STRONG JET STREAM ALOFT WILL COMBINE WITH STRENGTHENING WINDS
IN THE LOWER LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE TO PRODUCE A HIGH WIND
EVENT LATE TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY. SNOW SHOWERS MAY OCCUR AT
TIMES IN THE HIGH VALLEYS OUT WEST FROM THE LATE MORNING THROUGH
AFTERNOON...WITH SHOWERS DEVELOPING ALONG AND EAST OF THE LARAMIE
RANGE IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE SNOW MIXED WITH
STRONG WINDS COULD REDUCE VISIBILITIES AT TIMES DOWN TO ONE HALF
MILE OR LESS...AND PRODUCE SLICK ROAD CONDITIONS.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRANSPORTATION. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES AND
  LIGHT WEIGHT TRAILERS MAY BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO STRONG AND SUDDEN
  WIND GUSTS. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES MAY LOSE CONTROL WHEN
  ENCOUNTERING STRONG WINDS AND MAY BE AT RISK OF BLOW OVER. THE
