 * WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH NOON...LIFTING ONLY
   GRADUALLY THIS AFTERNOON.

 * SURFACE VISIBILITIES OF LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR NEAR
   ZERO WILL CONTINUE TO EXIST DURING THE EARLY AFTERNOON. SURFACE
   VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY IMPROVE TO GREATER THAN
   ONE MILE FOR MANY AREAS DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON.

 * THE ENVIRONMENT WILL REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF
   FOG AGAIN TONIGHT. SURFACE VISIBILITIES OF A QUARTER MILE OR
