* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE NORTH OF FRESNO THIS
  EVENING, THEN SPREAD SOUTH OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY
  EVENING.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS MAY BLOW DOWN LIMBS...TREES...AND POWER
