URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Lubbock TX
312 AM CDT Mon Oct 16 2017

...Areas of frost will be possible early Monday morning...

.A cool air mass in the wake of Sunday morning`s cold front has
settled across West Texas. Clear skies, light winds and
relatively low dewpoints will allow temperatures to effectively
cool. Lows are expected to fall into the middle 30s over much of
the southwest Texas Panhandle and northern and western South
Plains. This will promote the development of areas of frost before
temperatures quickly rise after daybreak Monday morning. A few
low lying rural areas, particularly over sandy soils, could
briefly see temperatures dip to around the freezing mark, though a
widespread freeze is not anticipated.
