THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LITTLE ROCK HAS ISSUED A LAKE
WIND ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO
9 PM CST THIS EVENING.

* EVENT: EXPECT BREEZY WEST AND NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25
  MPH...WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH POSSIBLE.

* AREAS AFFECTED: A LARGE PART OF ARKANSAS.

* TIMING: EXPECT THE BREEZY CONDITIONS TO DEVELOP DURING THE
  MORNING HOURS...PERSISTING FOR MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON AND INTO
  THE EARLY EVENING HOURS. THE BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL THEN RELAX
  LATE THIS EVENING INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* IMPACTS: BOATERS WILL EXPERIENCE ROUGH AND CHOPPY CONDITIONS ON
  AREA RIVERS AND LAKES. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON AREA ROADWAYS
  MAY ALSO EXPERIENCE SOME HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE TO
  BREEZY CROSSWINDS.

A LAKE WIND ADVISORY INDICATES THAT WINDS WILL CAUSE ROUGH CHOP
ON AREA LAKES. SMALL BOATS WILL BE ESPECIALLY PRONE TO CAPSIZING.
