* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS THROUGH MID MORNING WITH WINDS
  GRADUALLY SUBSIDING DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* LOCATION...NEAR MOUNTAIN RIDGE TOPS AND ALONG COASTAL MOUNTAIN
  SLOPES INTO ADJACENT INLAND VALLEY AREAS.

* VISIBILITY...REDUCED TO 3 MILES OR LESS IN BLOWING DUST AT
  TIMES.

* IMPACTS...THE WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
  MOTORISTS WITH HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. WATCH FOR BROKEN TREE
  LIMBS AND DOWNED POWER LINES.

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
