A 1000 MB LOW 500 MILES NORTH OF THE MACKENZIE RIVER DELTA
WILL MOVE TO 700 MILES NORTH OF PRUDHOE BAY BY 4 AM THURSDAY
AND TO 550 MILES NORTH OF BARROW BY 4 AM THURSDAY WEAKENING
TO 1004 MB. A WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL PERSIST ALONG
THE ARCTIC COAST THROUGH THURSDAY.
